Q) How long is a Wishbox Co account open for?
A) Your account is open until the day after your wedding day. This enables your guest/s that may have left contributing to your special day until the last minute; to still make a contribution.

Q) Does it cost anything to register for an account?
A) No. There are no fees at all associated with holding a Wishbox Co account.

Q) How do my guests know I have an account with Wishbox Co?
A) Upon registration, Wishbox Co will supply you with “Contribution Cards" that can be sent out with your invitations or electronically. These cards lets your guests know about your Wishbox Co account and politely asks them to make a contribution. Alternatively, you may wish to let your guests know you have a Wishbox Co account on your own invitations and for your convenience; a URL (web link) is available for your use.

Q) What is the maximum or minimum amount that can be deposited into a Wishbox Co account?
A) Minimum amount is $10 and the maximum amount is unlimited.

Q) Do I get a receipt when I make a deposit into a Wishbox Co account?
A) Yes, a receipt will be sent directly to your email address after your payment has been processed. All payments are processed by PayPal.
 
Q) Must I have a PayPal account in order to make a contribution?
A) No.

Q) How do I know this is a secure site?

Q) Do you have the option of your amount remaining anonymous when you make a deposit?
A) Yes, you can choose to have the amount disclosed or kept anonymous. If you choose this option the event/account holder will still receive notification of your contribution but the amount will be withheld.

Q) Can I pass on a special message to the account holder when making a contribution?

A) Yes you have the option of entering a special message when making a contribution. This is in turn passed onto the account holder.

Q) How long does it take for a contribution to clear?
A) Two to three business days.

Q) Once I register for an account with Wishbox Co, how long until it is opened and ready to receive contributions?

A) Your account is activated within 24 hours of registration. Once active your account is ready to receive contributions.

Q) Can I access my online Wishbox Co account once it's active?
A) Yes. By logging into your account you can view and change all of your account details. You may also view the current total of contributions that your account has received.

Q) Can I pay via BPay?
A) No, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Q) Can I pay via Cheque or Direct Deposit?
A) Yes, please contact us for further information.

Q) Can anyone register with Wishbox Co?
A) Yes, anyone holding a wedding can register with Wishbox Co. 
 Q) Is Wishbox Co an Australian Company that operates in Australian currency?
A) Yes. We are an Australian Company therefore all contributions and transactions are in Australian currency (dollars).

Q) Where can I find PayPal's currency exchange rates if I am contributing in a currency other than dollars?
A) The exchange rate applicable to your transaction is displayed before you complete your payment.

Q) Once I log into my account, can I see a list of current contributions?
A) You do not have access to the individual list of contributions but may view the most recent contribution as well as the current running total.

Q) Can I make periodical withdrawals from my Wishbox Co account?
A) No, You will receive your (total) contributions after your account is closed and this is because most guests choose to contribute the week prior to your wedding or even at the last minute in some cases.

Q) Who determines when an account is closed?
A) Wishbox Co will close your account the day after your wedding. This is to ensure all late payments are still received as some guests wait until the very last minute before making a contribution.

Q) After an account has been closed when does the account holder receive all their money?
A) Approximately five to seven business days after the wedding in order to allow all contributions to clear.

Q) Is a bank transfer the only way an account holder can receive their money?

A) No, Wishbox Co is happy to use another method if the account holder so desires. i.e. cheque.

Q) Do my friends and family need a password to access my Wishbox Co account?

A) No. They may search for your account by typing in your or your partners first or last name.

Q) Can guests making a contribution use any type of credit card?
A) No, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Q) Does Wishbox Co charge a commission fee?
A) Yes, a processing fee is deducted from all contributions. Please refer to the 'Deposits' page (http://www.wishboxco.com.au/wishbox/contribute/) for further information.

Q) I still don't know the date of my wedding, or the venue. Can I still open an account?
A) Yes. Once you do know the date and/or venue, you can login to your Wishbox Co account to enter the correct details.

Q) When can I open an account?
A) You can open an account whenever you want however it must be at least 30 days prior to your wedding.

Q) Once an account has been opened, does this become my online wishing well?
A) Yes. Once an account has been opened, this is your online wishing well.
